We thought it might be useful to introduce some iCAM features - highlighting a few little snippets of what our software offers that you might not be aware of and what’s in our new releases. We want to make sure you’re getting the best out of our products and are aware of the full functionality!
So for this Feature Focus, we will focus on iCAM Printer Control and some new features in the latest release:
Delete all print jobs at the end of the day – for convenience and improved GDPR compliance, all outstanding print jobs can be cleared at the end of the day.
A new print preview function allows users to remove unwanted pages before they send the job to the printer – this makes it really simple for users to select only the pages they want to print, reducing staff time in managing and releasing the job, and also reducing waste and saving money for libraries and your public customers.
Update print charging across all sites – we have improved the functionality so that it’s quicker and easier to update the print costs across all sites at once, rather than having to access each site individually.
