Over the last few weeks we have been delighted to attend the CILIPS Annual Conference and the Libraries Connected Annual Seminar. Both events are a great opportunity for us to get out and meet our customers and colleagues – as well as the wider library industry – in person.
The themes of ‘Looking to the Future’ and ‘Connecting Communities’ really resonated as we spoke to so many people and heard about libraries’ plans and how they are developing their services to connect their communities and offer ever more innovative services for their users. We relish the challenge of developing our products and services to help libraries deliver this vision.
